You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Items that are damaged, used, stained, or missing parts will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless the damage or defect occurred during transit or was present upon delivery.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items (e.g., wrong product, wrong color), please document the issue with clear photos and submit your return request promptly. We will cover any return shipping costs for eligible defective or incorrect items and arrange for a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.
For non-defective items (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method (excluding initial shipping costs) within 5-7 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective.
